Invoices will be sent to the email address you provide on the registration form.
Invoices are due, in full, within 24 hours. Credit or Debit cards only. There is a 3% bank fee charge. If we do not receive payment, we will invoice the next person on the wait list.
Due to the hotel's meeting room requirements there are absolutely no refunds or cancellations, including failure of designer(s) to attend, or Covid related issues.
If you find you are unable to attend, we would be happy to transfer your registration to someone else IF we have someone on the waitlist who would like to attend in your absence.
