+ Who is the Pop Up Retreat for?

Whether you’re new to the world of cross stitch or you’ve been around for a bit, this Pop Up Retreat is for you! We welcome every level of cross stitcher in our community. This virtual retreat is a wonderful way to connect with other stichers without having to leave your home or incur the cost of attending a live event. Unlike other virtual retreats, our Pop Up Retreats are completely interactive! You will sit and stitch with old and new friends alike, play games, win prizes and laugh until you cry! (we hope)

+ When does the retreat start and end?

The retreat begins on Saturday February 3, 2024 and runs from 11am – 7pm Eastern Standard Time

+ How will I get access?

You will receive a link to the online retreat portal where you will go on the day of the event. Important: make sure you whitelist our email (if you use Gmail, drag the email to your Primary folder).

+ I live outside the USA. How do I gain access?

You’ll get full access to the digital experience of our Pop Up Retreat through the digital platform! Come join us and connect like we’re sitting right beside each other!

+ How do I prepare for the Pop Up Retreat?

We will be sending out lots of emails and also hosting 2 dress rehearsals, which will be recorded, to help make the day of the Pop Up Retreat run smoothly for you! In the meantime, make sure you have a camera and microphone enabled on your desktop or laptop computer. Do not us an iPad, tablet or mobile phone. Be sure to test all of your settings beforehand.  If you purchased the all inclusive VIP Pass you will receive your Swag Bag in the mail before the event begins.  We ask that you DON’T PEEK as we will be opening this together when the retreat starts!

+ What is the Vendor Village?

Everyone loves to shop and our Vendor Village will be filled with little shops you can visit to find lots of stitchy stuff!

The Anabella’s team did an AMAZING job with their first Pop Up Retreat. This was my first online retreat and I had a BLAST! I am definitely going to try to attend as many Pop up retreats I can hosted by Anabella’s. I really enjoyed being able to connnect with individuals that I’ve made contact with only through FB chat. It was nice finally putting a face to the names and being able to talk and laugh. Elayne was very generous with her time and it was a joy to see her and chat with her. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure everyone felt welcomed. Although she had some lost children during the game, she was very patient with us and made sure everyone was involved. I felt part of a team of stitchers. Thank you Elayne and team for your time in creating the most enjoyable retreat.

First time attending a virtual retreat and only my 3rd overall and Elayne did a fabulous job. I am excited to attend a live retreat with Anabellas in the future but this virtual experience was tons of fun. New stitchy friends and meeting old ones too. This pop up retreat was wonderful. Anabella’s did a great job. From the swag bag, to the complimentary charts and the access to the three designers…everything was just wonderful. I loved opening the swag bag all together and playing stitching games too! It really had the feel of an in person retreat! The platform was incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate! I had such a wonderful time at the first Anabella’s Retreat Summer 2023. I could come and go as I pleased, but didn’t want to leave because I didn’t want to miss a thing.
