+ Where is it held?
The 2025 All Things Winter Retreat will be held at the Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa Hilton Head Island
Guests are required to stay at the hotel unless they live locally, and send a copy of their driver license with their home address. We have secured a block of rooms for Thursday through Sunday. Rates will range from $179.00 -$229.00 per night, and includes breakfast.
Charges & Fees
Daily $38.00 Mandatory Charge includes: Resort Charge with Wi-Fi; recreational activities; sauna/steam room; shuttle to Palmetto Dunes golf & Shelter Cove; boogie boards & beach activities; fitness classes; bottled water; self-service laundry. Mandatory Charge also includes $3 destination marketing fee.

We’re located on the beach, with golf courses, pickleball, and tennis courts within a half mile. The Shelter Cove Towne Center and Harbour & Marina are under two miles away. We offer multiple large ballrooms and indoor and outdoor event areas. During your stay, enjoy our several restaurants and bars, swimming pools, spa, and fitness center.

We are planning to spend a few hours on Friday and Saturday exploring Hilton Head Island. These are optional events and the Stitching Room will remain open for those who wish to sit and stitch.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations including failure of designer to attend, weather or Covid related issues. If we have someone on the waitlist, we will share the information with you. Thank you for your understanding.
