+ Who is the Pop Up Retreat for?

Whether you’re new to the world of cross stitch or you’ve been around for a bit, this Pop Up Retreat is for you! We welcome every level of cross stitcher in our community. This virtual retreat is a wonderful way to connect with other stitchers without having to leave your home or incur the cost of attending a live event. Unlike other virtual retreats, our Pop Up Retreats are completely interactive! You will sit and stitch with old and new friends alike, play games, win prizes and laugh until you cry! (we hope)

+ Is their a Guest Designer?

Yes! We will have a surprise guest designer! 

+ When does the retreat start and end?

The retreat begins on Saturday November 16, 2024 and runs from 12pam – 5pm Eastern Standard Time

+ How will I get access?

You will receive the ZOOM login information the day before the event  Important: make sure you whitelist our email  and ZOOM (if you use Gmail, drag the email to your Primary folder).

+ How do I prepare for the Pop Up Retreat?

This Pop Up Retreat & Sit & Stitch In will be held via ZOOM. We will be sending out lots of emails and also hosting a dress rehearsal, which will be recorded, to help make the day of the Pop Up Retreat run smoothly for you! In the meantime, make sure you have a camera and microphone enabled on your desktop or laptop computer. Do not us an iPad, tablet or mobile phone. Be sure to test all of your settings beforehand. 

+ I live outside the USA. Can I attend?

YES!  You can attend from any where in the world! 

+ Refunds?

There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges for any reason whatsoever including failure of designer to attend, weather, covid, illness or technological issues.

We are so excited you are joining us at the 2025 Winter Pop Up Retreat & Sit & Stitch In! The Pop Up Retreat will be held on Saturday January 25, 2025 from 12:00pm-5:00pm EST . This retreat open to everyone, worldwide. You must have a desktop computer or laptop with working camera and microphone. We can't guarantee the same results if you use a mobile phone, tablet or iPad. The Link to the private Facebook Group will be on the Confirmation Page you will be see, once your payment is processed! See you there!

You will stitch a small design no larger than 5" x 5", and finish it nicely. Exchange partners will be selected in our Facebook group via a LIVE Drawing which will be held when registration for this event closes. Mail your gift to your recipient and make sure it is wrapped. We will open it together at the event!

Attending Anabella’s Pop-up Retreats is a joy! For those of us who cannot travel, these retreats are a perfect way to join this amazing community! This is a fun and very enjoyable way to spend the day with other cross stitchers who are also passionate about their craft. It is great to hear their stories, tips and tricks and just relax and have a fun day doing what we love. Elayne does a great job organizing these events. I’ve been to 3 now and really like them. The Swag and Virtual Swag Bags are lots of fun and I have quite a few charts I want to make in the future. It is a great way to make new friends and have fun in the comfort of your own home.

The Anabella’s team did an AMAZING job with their first Pop Up Retreat. This was my first online retreat and I had a BLAST! I am definitely going to try to attend as many Pop up retreats I can hosted by Anabella’s. I really enjoyed being able to connnect with individuals that I’ve made contact with only through FB chat. It was nice finally putting a face to the names and being able to talk and laugh. Elayne was very generous with her time and it was a joy to see her and chat with her. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure everyone felt welcomed. Although she had some lost children during the game, she was very patient with us and made sure everyone was involved. I felt part of a team of stitchers. Thank you Elayne and team for your time in creating the most enjoyable retreat.

This pop up retreat was wonderful. Anabella’s did a great job. From the swag bag, to the complimentary charts and the access to the three designers…everything was just wonderful. I loved opening the swag bag all together and playing stitching games too! It really had the feel of an in person retreat! The platform was incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate! Today’s retreat was really wonderful. Elayne had planned everything to the smallest detail.. Her choice of guest speakers was right on and you felt like you were really interacting with them. I can’t wait to see what Elayne comes up with for her Fall retreat. Don’t see how she could top this one.

I had such a wonderful time at the first Anabella’s Retreat Summer 2023. I could come and go as I pleased, but didn’t want to leave because I didn’t want to miss a thing. My first experience with an online retreat was definitely a learning experience. Anabella’s did an amazing job providing all the experiences of a retreat. I enjoyed the pop-up retreat. Elyane, her husband and team worked so hard to put it all together. It was evident by how organized it was. All the ladies were so nice. It was nice to meet new stitchy friends. The designers were so fun and passionate about what they do. It was also nice to receive summer themed patterns.
