All 2025 Things Autumn Retreat!

Official Registration opens in April 2025 as follows:

1.  Those who have already paid their $99.00 SAVE MY SEAT fee will receive an invoice for the balance due plus $75.00 for the Buffet Lunch on Friday & Saturday. Refunds for those who decide not to attend will be refunded at that time, via Square.

2. Those who did not pay the $99.00 SAVE MY SEAT registration fee, but who are on the existing WAIT LIST, will be sent an invoice for the full registration fee and buffet lunch,
as spots become available.

3.  Once the existing WAIT LIST has been exhausted, we will re-open registration for anyone else who would like to attend.

Hotel Accommodations will be available at Colonial Williamsburg Resort at the rate of $189.00 per night, plus taxes and resort fee.  Breakfast is included in the $15.00 daily resort fee.

Staying at the hotel will be mandatory for all attendees.
Reservations can not be made without a special code that will be provided to you after full payment has been received.

Registration fee for the retreat will be $425.00 and DOES NOT not include 2 buffet lunches, travel, food, hotel , resort fees, or any other expenses. 

When final registration fee is paid in full in April, there will be absolutely no refunds, exchanges or cancellations for  any reason whatsoever including but not limited to, failure of designer to attend, weather, Covid or any other illness.

  9:15am – 12:00 noon  – Stitching, fun, games & prizes and time with Guest Designer – activity to be                  determined
  12:00 noon – 1:00 pm – Buffet Lunch
  1:00pm – 3:00pm – Optional Event in Colonial Williamsburg – event to be determined
  3:00pm – 5:00 pm – Stitching, games, & Smalls Exchange and time with guest designer

  5:00pm – 7:00pm  Dinner on your own
  7:00pm -10:00pm – Popcorn & PJ’s Pajama Party, late night stitching, games & prizes

  Saturday October 18th, 2025
  8:00 am – 12:00 noon  – Stitching & Cross Stitch Finishing with Guest Designer – activity to be determined
  12:00 noon -1:00 pm – Buffet Lunch
  1:00 pm – 3pm – Optional Event in Colonial Williamsburg- event to be determined
  3:00pm – 5:00 pm – Stitching, Raffle & time with Guest Designer

  5:00pm – 7:00pm  Dinner on your own
  7:00pm – Pajama Party, late night stitching, Raffle, games & prizes, & time with guest designer – activity to      be determined  

  Sunday October 19th,  2025
  8:00 am – 3:00 pm – Stitching
  3:00pm – Farewell *schedule is subject to change

   The 2025 All Things Autumn  Retreat will be held in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia 

  Charges & Fees
  Lodging till be at the Williamsburg Woodlands Lodge, The room rate will be $189.00 per night plus tax, $15.00 resort fee, and $75.00 for Friday and Saturday Buffet Lunch. An enhanced continental breakfast is included as well as shuttle service to and from the historic area and Williamsburg Lodge. The Stitching Room will be at the Williamsburg Lodge

  Check-in 4:00 pm Check-out 11:00am 

+ What about meals?

  There are numerous dining options that you can find here    

  Door Dash and other delivery services may be available to enjoy in your room or in the common areas. The hotel does not allow outside food or alcohol within the meeting space.

+ Are the Events optional?

  There will be optional events in Colonial Williamsburg.  The Stitching Room will remain open for those who wish to sit and stitch.

+ Can I be a vendor or send a Trunk Show?

+ Refunds?

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations including failure of designer(s) to attend, weather, illness, or Covid related issues, or for any other reason whatsoever.  If we have someone the waitlist, we will share the information with you.
