This new pattern is called November Drive! It will be the first of a twelve month pattern series called “Memory Lane”. Each month we’ll introduce a vintage vehicle to fit the season!

I would love to be able to just hop into this old green truck, snuggle up in the knitted afghan that’s draped over the door, and go for a long, slow drive through the countryside to look at the last of the autumn leaves. Maybe we could even stop for a picnic somewhere pretty!

The stitching on this is super easy, with everything a backstitch except the chain stitched afghan. The piecing is easy too, so it’s a really quick project!

This hand embroidery pattern is complete with instructions for the colored pencil tinting and piecing, to make this Oh so Autumn-y 14 1/2″ x 20 1/2″ wall hanging.
