I really don’t know what to say about this design other than.. why not? It’s almost Halloween! And mummies are probably the most misunderstood creature of the season. Maybe he’ll make an appearance in Halloween Moon, when that one gets designed.

Here is the information on the model:

Stitch count: 72w x 81h

Fabric used: 36 ct. Snickelway by Seraphim Hand Dyed Fabrics

Trim used: Licorice rick rack by Lady Dot Creates

Threads used: Weeks Dye Works in Mascara, Carrot, Clockwork, and Gold; Classic Colorworks in Cayenne, Pea Pod, Just Rust, and Trail Dust; DMC in 400, 642, 644, 677, 831, 842, 3033, 3771, 3782, and 3865.

AIDA STITCHERS: The only parts you may want to adjust are the over-one areas. The bat’s eyes can be altered by placing 2 full cross stitches in Mascara on either side of his head; the tops of the mini hearts can be omitted; the rabbit’s eye does not have to have the top “white” of his eye. As for the long-stitches on the mouths, the placement can be slightly adjusted so you won’t have to split your fabric squares.
