If you find you are unable to attend, we would be happy to transfer your registration to someone else IF we have someone on the waitlist who would like to pay and attend in your absence.

TENTATIVE! The 2025 All Things Autumn Retreat will be held at the Asheville Holiday Inn Biltmore West

Guests are required to stay at the hotel unless they live locally, and send a copy of their driver license with their home address. We have secured a block of rooms for Thursday through Sunday. Rates will range from $200.00-$211.00 per night, and includes breakfast.

The Holiday Inn Asheville-Biltmore West is conveniently located at the intersections of I-40 and I-26, just west of Asheville’s city center. If you’re coming to the Bob Lewis Ballpark or the Buncombe County Sports Park, both are literally across the street. For travelers of all ages, Downtown Asheville is a fantastic destination with a vibrant mix of unique shops, live music, and culinary delights. For a more eclectic experience, the River Arts District and Haywood Road/West Asheville, or take in a concert at Harrah’s Cherokee Center. Our location places you within minutes of Asheville’s best attractions. The Biltmore Estate is just ten minutes from our hotel and hosts an array of activities and events all year. A short drive from our hotel will place you at the base of the Blue Ridge Parkway, where you can enjoy hiking and nature’s beauty. Visit the The North Carolina Arboretum for a great option offering acres of cultivated gardens and groomed trails.

Come join us in the 435 Grille for a delicious breakfast buffet, or stop by in the evening for a hand crafted meal or just to relax with a drink in our lounge. We have a great experience waiting for you.

Door Dash and other delivery services may be available to enjoy in your room or in the common areas. The hotel does not allow outside food within the meeting space.

+ Are the Events optional?

We are planning to spend a few hours on Friday and Saturday at Biltmore Village and at Antler Hill Village on Biltmore Estate. These are optional events and the Stitching Room will remain open for those who wish to sit and stitch.

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason whatsoever including failure of designer to attend, weather, or Covid. If we have someone on the waitlist, we will share the information with you. Thank you for your understanding.
