Stock:

We try very hard to keep our inventory up-to-date and accurate. If for any reason an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately and either offer you an immediate refund or hold your order until the item arrives from our distributor.

Pre-Orders

We accept pre-orders on many new items. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. You will receive an email notification of the expected arrival date and another email when your item ships.

Shipping:

Standard shipping on most orders is approximately 1-2 weeks.   We allow approximately one week for processing. Some items require additional shipping time such as custom orders.  For all USA addresses, our preferred shipping method is USPS. We will provide a tracking number for all orders except 1st class mail.  We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know when a re-attempt will be made and/or where you can pick-up your package.

There will be no re-shipping arrangements made in the event your package is returned for wrong address, incomplete address, and/or returned due to unavailability

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number for each of the items you ordered, except those items shipped via 1st class mail. You may receive multiple emails if you ordered more than one product.

 Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Babies n Mamas. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping Oversize Items:

If you purchase an item that is of a larger size/weight it will incur additional shipping charges. This is often but not always listed in the items description. We will contact you with a shipping quote that can be handled via phone or PayPal.

We do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us at [email protected]  and we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel it before the order status changes to “Processing.”What forms of payment do you accept?

Anabella’s accepts payments from all the major credit card companies using our SSL secured Payment Processor. All transactions are secured and encrypted as such, credit card information is never stored. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days from the date received.

Send your request to us at [email protected] and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Clothing must not have been worn and original tags must be attached. Over-sized items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Anabella’s will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
