A Weekend In Waco Summer Cross Stitch Retreat will be held at the Hilton Waco, Texas

The booking link will be provided to you in your confirmation email.  Guests are required to stay at the hotel unless they live locally, and send a copy of their driver license with their home address. We have secured a block of rooms for Thursday through Sunday. Rates will range from $125.00-$150.00 per night, and includes breakfast.

The Hilton hotel in downtown Waco,  is within five minutes of Waco River Park and Cameron Park Zoo. Baylor University, Dr Pepper Museum, and Waco Convention Center are within a mile of our door. Magnolia Market at the Silos is within walking distance. We have a free airport shuttle, an outdoor pool, and a fitness center. Enjoy WiFi and parking on us.

In a world where everything feels rushed and fast moving, there’s a familiar and worthwhile pause waiting for us in a good cup of coffee…and chocolate cake —which we also serve at the Press!

Door Dash and other delivery services may be available to enjoy in your room or in the common areas. The hotel does not allow outside food within the meeting space.

We are planning to spend a few hours on Friday and Saturday at Magnolia, which is within walking distance of the hotel. This is an optional event and the Stitching Room will remain open for those who wish to sit and stitch.
