Refunds

Anabella’s offers a 14 day, hassle free return policy. Any returns received after 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. We recommend that you insure your parcel and obtain a tracking number.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing must not have been worn and original tags must be attached. Over-sized items may require a nominal restocking fee.
Upon receipt of your return, Anabella’s will, at your request, issue a refund via PayPal, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
